On Friday I appeared on Pawb a’i Farn – the Welsh language version of Question Time.  Elfyn Llwyd MP accused me of lying on my election material (a false accusation) at which point I reminded Elfyn that stating that he was ‘whiter than white’ on the issue of MP expenses did not sit well with his monthly claim for £400 tax free for his food.

As one member of the audience said to me;

“Elfyn threw a grenade at you and he received a nuclear bomb in return”
